Stock is as the vehicle ships. Calculated is worked from the stock figures on this page rather than stored beside them, so the two cannot drift apart. Not applicable means the vehicle does not come with it, like the motor on a roller or the tires on a race kit, or does not have one, like a KV rating on a brushed motor. Not published means it exists but no source we could find prints it.
How these numbers were settled
Nitro, so there is no KV rating and no cell count, and the electric no-load speed check cannot be run.
- Traxxas prints 'Gear Ratio (Internal): 25.55:1 (1st gear) / 16.31:1 (2nd gear)' for the auto-shifting two-speed.
- These are complete final drives, not ratios after the spur: no spur and pinion reduction on top of 16.31 could leave a 3.3cc engine anywhere near the advertised 45+ mph.
- Second (high) gear is used as the final drive; first gear is 25.55:1.
- Rough cross-check: a TRX 3.3 turning about 35,000 rpm through 16.31 on a 160 mm tire gives about 40 mph, against the 45+ mph claim, which is coherent.
- Traxxas publishes no gearing formula and no stock tooth counts for the Revo 3.3, so the pinion, spur and ratio after the spur are left blank rather than guessed.
- The tire diameter is Traxxas's own 'Pre-glued 6.3" tall Maxx tires' (6.3 in = 160.0 mm); the 3.8 in Geode figure on the same page is the wheel.
